Our home is newly built in 2020 so all rooms are well appointed and stylishly decorated. Our home is very warm in winter with central heating and underfloor heating yet cool in Summertime. We have 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite upstairs with walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom, 2 more double bedrooms upstairs that each have feature wall papered walls. These 2 bedrooms each have a small double bed in them and we can put an extra single bed (hotel style with sprung matress ) in each room if needed . There is a main bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen living dining area, an entrance hall, a utility room, a TV room and also a second living space / bedroom that has 2 single beds in if needed and an ensuite shower room. The kitchen is great for entertaining with 2 ovens, boiling water tap and filtered water system.
Outside we have patio area with BBQ, outdoor furniture, a fire-pit and a neat garden with netball hoop.
It is a dog friendly home and we have a small dog flap from the utility room into the dog-proofed garden. Our home is clean and tidy and there is space for cars on the driveway. Everything is very comfortable and we will make sure you have a wonderful holiday here.

We are 7 mins walk across the leafy common to Gerrards Cross village where there are numerous gourmet restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets (Tescos and Waitrose ). Gerrards Cross is a very upmarket area surrounded by leafy woods and commons and historic villages. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafes with Beaconsfield ( 10 mins drive ) and Marlow on Thames ( 20 mins drive ). We are ideally located for dog walking, bike riding and hiking in the Chiltern hills with many Areas of Outstanding Natural beauty on your doorstep. Cliveden National Trust Historic Home, Windsor Castle, Harry Potter World, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park are all within 20 mins drive. We are ideally located to explore London as the fast trains from Gerrards Cross will take you to Marylebone, London in 22 minutes. There really is something for everyone in this verdant beauty spot in South Buckinghamshire.
