This classic 1930s home has been newly transformed into a wonderful inner city oasis. Rarely found in the city, this property has direct access to adjoining parkland. Adults will love the beautiful outlook and the peaceful surroundings and children will adore the open space and activities.

The home boasts 4 bedrooms, all with large queen-sized or double beds. There are two separate indoor living areas which are the perfect places to relax, if you are not enjoying the sunny, breezy outdoor living. Additionally there are two home-office rooms. Queensland is known for its warm summers and mild winters, but with fully ducted air conditioning and heating you will always be comfortable.

Love to cook? You will feel at home in the large open kitchen with butlers pantry, freestanding cooker, built-in fully automatic coffee machine and dishwasher. You may however prefer to cook outdoors and use the integrated gas barbecue, or pizza oven. Either way you can choose to dine indoors at the formal dining table, gather casually at the oversized island bench in the kitchen or eat outdoors at the outdoor dining area. If you prefer to dine out, it's an easy walk to cafes and restaurants.

With a generous sized backyard and sparkling inground pool, you might not want to venture far from home, but if you do the local bus stop is just a short walk away, and from there you can be in the city or at Southbank within ten minutes, where you will find fabulous museums, art galleries, shopping, restaurants and bars.

By car you are only 40 minutes to amazing theme parks and many hiking and sightseeing spots. Camp Hill, Brisbane, is perfectly positioned between the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, so in just an hour you can be either north or south to enjoy a wide range of Queensland's famous beaches.

You will fall in love with our two gorgeous little silkie bantam chickens who free-range throughout the day.

Camp Hill is a leafy, pretty suburb located just six kilometres from the central business district and 25 minutes drive from Brisbane International Airport. To find out more about what Brisbane has to offer, check out https://www.visitbrisbane.com.au/ .

- Buzzy restaurants: Rays by Range (craft beers), Picnic (breakfast & lunch), Ramona Trattoria (Italian), Cinco Bistro (fine dining)
- Cool bars: Beyond the Pale
- Cozy cafés: Ashton & Old, In A Pickle
- Retail therapy: Locally there is Sunday Society (for the home) and Stylefast (women's fashion) but only ten minute's drive away is a large shopping centre with department stores and cinemas.
- Bit of culture: Museums, the theatre and art galleries are all located in nearby Southbank.
- Walks in the park: The home adjoins a beautiful neighbourhood park, but if you venture further afield you can climb to the top of Mt Cootha for a beautiful view of Brisbane, or half an hour away by car you can walk along the water at Moreton Bay
- Spot of exercise: swim, run, ride, kick a ball, swing a bat, shoot hoops - the options are endless!
- Day tripping: Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast for the beach, hinterland areas for bushwalking, many local Brisbane markets, catch the ferry to North Stradbroke Island.
