Our home is is situated on one acre of land overlooking the Petitcodiac River and rural countryside. We are in love with our open concept home, with lots of light. The house has hardwood and ceramic tile floors. There are four bedrooms and three and one half baths. Our deck is screened to allow for a view of the Petitcodiac River and the meadows surrounding the house, all day long. This house is spacious with a view to the outdoors on all sides.
Please note that our home is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE.

We are situated in a beautiful new housing development, close to wildlife all year round. In fact, the deer visit frequently. We are located approximately two minutes outside the town of Riverview, in Upper Coverdale close to all amenities. Riverview/Moncton/Dieppe serve as a transportation hub for Atlantic Canada. Moncton Airport is now an international airport, with connections to all major airports in Canada. Our property is approximately an hour and a quarter from Fundy National Park and an hour from Hopewell Cape/the Rocks. We are an hour and one half from Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island. Nova Scotia is about three quarters of an hour away and one half hour from beautiful beaches in Shediac and Cap Pele. Our home is a day's drive to Montreal and approximately five hours to the Quebec/New Brunswick border and about two hours to Canada/USA border.
