The property is situated in a delightful small development in the vibrant, all year round town of Aviemore, and just a few minutes walk from the MacDonald Country Club Resort. Aviemore is in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park and is well known for its stunning scenery, fabulous skiing and climbing, and its funicular railway. Excellent mountain biking trails and 8 golf courses are nearby. Watersports are available at Loch Insh and Loch Morlich and there is fantastic shopping and dining facilities in the nearby town centre. Aviemore has something for everyone!
The property is a new first floor apartment and has a spacious lounge with freeview TV and DVD and doors to Juliet balcony. This leads to a modern fully equipped dining kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom (also accessed from the hallway).
Outside is a shared lawned garden with sitting out area and garden furniture. Bike store and private parking for one car and ample visitors parking.
WiFi, cleaning, bed linen and towels all included. Eco friendly bio mass central heating and modern double glazing. For points swaps a cleaning fee will be charged.
