Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Comfortable and practical home where you can enjoy a relaxed beach life-style. The attraction of this home is it's location about 200 meters from Currimundi lake. From the lake you can walk or cycle alongside the lake-side path to the beach which is about 1.5 km from the house.
The house is comfortable open plan with all the necessary amenities. We have a spacious front and back-yard. We tend to spend time in the backyard in the morning as that is shaded in the morning and in the front yard in the afternoon. So always a nice shady area to enjoy a coffee outdoors.
The house has a practical kitchen adjacent to the dining area and a spacious lounge area all in one. The bathroom has been recently renovated. With a large shower area and a dual vanity.
The main lounge area has air conditioning. As we normally have a beautiful sea-breeze we do not tend to need the air-conditioning often.
The house is low-set. 2 bedrooms for you to use. The third bedroom we will lock as a storage space for us, so we can empty out some cupboard space for you to use in the other rooms. We have good internet connection as we normally work from home.

Currimundi is an ideal location for people who love the beach. It is situated on the Sunshine Coast, which features 45 km of coastline. From Caloundra, via Currimundi through Mooloolaba up to Noosa there are beautiful beaches to enjoy. There are several bike paths along the coast line. Apart from that you can enjoy kayaking in Currimundi Lake just 200 meters from the house. Surfing and kite-surfing are some of the favorite past-times for many locals. The coast line is dotted with many places to have coffee or a meal enjoying beautiful ocean views.
If you want a change of scenery from the beach, you can go for a drive to the hinterland to the beautiful mountain village of Montville or do a scenic drive through the glass house mountains. The Sunshine Coast is located about an hour drive North of Brisbane
