Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Our home is in a beautiful tropical palm tree managed complex, 700 metres to the beautiful Papamoa Beach. ‘Our beach’ is in front of the Papamoa Surf club so it is patrolled by surf patrol which means it is very safe with good surf on good days! Surf lessons and surf board hire are all available.
You can walk the beach 14 kms to Mount Maunganui. If you have any energy left you can walk around the base or up to the summit of the Mount.
Out the gate of the complex are about 25 restaurants and cafes. Two supermarkets and anything else you might need. Tauranga airport which services all NZ destinations is a 10 minute drive or Uber away.
Inside the complex is a pool, a spa pool and two tennis courts. Beautifully manicured grounds which creates a holiday vibe all year round. We would be happy for whoever we exchange with to use our vehicle and go on trips around NZ there is soooo much to see!

Walking to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a city mall, the beach. Also lovely waterway walks and cycle paths.
Public buses are out the gate and will take you to anywhere in the wider city of Tauranga total population of 160,000 - remember all of New Zealand only has a population of 5.2 million people - we have more cows and sheep than people! We are a first world country and we live in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s easy to swim in the ocean, swim in a lake and snow ski in the same day if you choose!

We are happy to allow guests to use our vehicle if required. This means you can take trips away from the base accomodation and see the country - we are in the North Island - 1 hour to Hobbiton from the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings fame. 2.5 hours to World famous Waitomo Caves, 1 hour to famous gyser land of Rotorua and 2 hours to Lake Taupo another 1.5 hours from Taupo takes you to Mount Ruapehu for skiing. Walking, tramping, mountain biking, biking - opportunities are everywhere. Our wine regions are easy to get to with a bit of planning.
