Come enjoy the beautiful Pawleys area in this inviting and spacious True Blue 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Golfing, beaches, pools, great restaurants and so much more to enjoy nearby. This ground floor, end unit condo is quiet and peaceful with no one above or below you and there are no stairs to navigate. Enjoy the back screen room with TV, or the propane grill on the back patio. This condo is great for a family beach vacation or the perfect spot for a golf trip with friends.
This condo is in a perfect location - right in the golf resort of True Blue. The beds are comfortable, the A/C works great, and the furniture is all updated. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath. The living room has a 70 inch smart TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you will need. There is a Keurig and a brew coffee pot. All linens are provided. There are beach chairs and bikes in the garage. You can bike or walk to one of the 4 pools in the resort complex or sit in the hot tub after a long day at the beach or on the golf course. This condo is professionally cleaned and there will be a $150 cleaning fee per stay.

This condo is located in the True Blue Golf Resort in Pawleys Island. It is a quiet neighborhood about 4 miles from the beach. There are 4 pools and hot tubs in the complex as well as tennis/pickleball courts. We live in the town of Pawleys Island with great restaurants and shops. The atmosphere of the area is relaxed and very family friendly. You will need a car to get around as there isn't a good public transportation system in the area. The closest airport is Myrtle Beach 25 miles away.
