A getaway that combines the wooded, green, peaceful atmosphere of the lake while being at the beach! Less than a mile from both the beach and the downtown, this spacious home has a beautiful, large yard with access and views of Wreck Pond. Spring Lake is a charming, family centered town. It's pristine beaches have access to showers, bathrooms and a boardwalk that stretches for miles. An ideal place for biking enthusiasts with quiet, wide streets and a bike path that continues for miles
Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
This is a family centered, suburban neighborhood with the home residing on a low traffic side street. The walk to the beach and to the center of town bring you past the other sections of Wreck Pond which I find to be as beautiful as being at the ocean. It is a great place to take the kayak as it is bigger than the pond in the back of the house. Neighbors are friendly and kind. The house is close to the train station (within a mile) which gives you easy access to the other beach towns as well as to NY City. (must make a transfer though). The train passes by the side of the property. It is gone in less than 30 seconds but you will hear it.

This is a quaint and quiet neighborhood and very family centered. The one side of the property has the train line passing behind the fence. It is a short commuter train but you can expect to hear it pass. It takes about 15 second to go by. Other than that those times it is very quiet and peaceful.
Spring Lake has town ordinances that I must follow to allow anyone to use the house. I will need to have the following to fill out the form and schedule an inspection to get a CO for every group. I will need the following information:
Name
address
phone number and email as well as the names and birthdays of all people who will be in the house. The cost for this is 100 or 150 if not in with a 10 day lead time. Please give me this information right away so I can get the paperwork in within this time frame.
I will also need to collect $220 for the cleaning of the sheets and home for your coming. You don't need to clean the house upon leaving I just ask that everything is put back in it's proper place and dishes are done if you use them. Leave the bedding and towels as my cleaning service will take care of all of this.
