Welcome to historic Sun Valley! Ski, hike, bike, ice skate or just lounge about and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery.
Our condo has all of the amenities needed for a relaxing and pleasant experience in the Wood River valley.
If you ski, the season runs from November to April, Downhill, groomed cross county trails and mountain for beginners too. There is a "beginner" mountain too, Dollar Mountain, for those kids and adults that are starting out. Dollar is about four blocks from the condo.
If you hike, there are a multitude of trails for the novice to the elite athlete.
If you bike, the season runs from April to October, with a greater opportunity for mountain biking in the surrounding Sawtooth mountains. Bike rentals are easy and convenient at the Sun Valley Village, a 10 minute walk away.
Our top floor condo includes a sundeck with an electric grill and seating. Euro sized kitchen has Italian cabinets, quartz counters.
Enjoy our 54" TV for sports or movies. Main bath includes double vanity and rain shower. Secondary bath has a soaking tub and vanity mirror. Full sized washer/dryer in unit. Primary bedroom has a King-sized bed. Second bedroom includes a full size and twin size bed.
The floors are cork for bare-foot comfort.

We walk the historic Sun Valley village for our morning espresso and the ski bus shuttle. There are restaurants, clothing shops, the amazing Sun Valley lodge and spa all in our neighborhood. All public transit is free to the town of Ketchum and all the night life the locals enjoy. Our recreation pass includes the use of the Sun Valley Inn pool, which is open year round. Summer time, enjoy the use of the Olympic pool. Tennis and Pickleball courts available for an hourly fee. Year round ice skating and summer outdoor concerts are held in the village.

We are looking for an exchange in Maui or Crete. Our dates are a dates are fairly flexible. You may want to consider skiing in Sun Valley in '26 as our calendar is mostly open for reciprocal dates at this time. Plan ahead for a fantastic ski vacation in '26!
The Condo also includes the use of some of the Sun Valley facilities. Your passes will be at the condo upon your arrival. Guest Pass amenities include:
• Access to Inn & Olympic Pool (our favorite!)
• Maximum of 5 passes per visit/rental (regardless of age)
• Hotel rate for Sun Valley Golf
• 15% discount on SV Tennis and Pickleball court fees, Gun Club package and one hour trail rides at the SV Stables
Additionally please note: there is a $250.00 cleaning fee associated with the stay. We can work out the details with Venmo or Zelle.
