Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Welcome to our sunny ground floor apartment approximately 210 sqm inside and 100 sqm outside. We have a private entrance as well as an entrance from a small private foyer that leads to an underground car park. This boutique apartment block has only 7 units and was built in 2018. The property is situated in a quiet dead-end street.

Wide engineered timber flooring makes a stylish statement, with the entry flowing through to the central living and meals zone offering superb space, relaxed places to lounge and eat, and an ambient two-way gas stone fireplace.

The kitchen comes with full Miele appliances including an induction cooktop, steam oven, pyrolytic oven, microwave oven, warming drawer, and an integrated dishwasher. A 2nd living zone can be used as an office and comes with a two-way fireplace.

The master bedroom ( King size bed) will give you the lavish experience of a 5-star hotel. This enormous room showcases an amazing walk-in dressing area with a mirrored vanity and stone island storage, an opulent ensuite with a freestanding bath, ‘His’ and ‘Hers’ double vanity, Kohler ‘Veil’ intelligent toilet with self-cleaning bidet, and a walk-in rain shower.

The other two bedrooms (Queen size beds) have access to their own private courtyard, feature BIRs, and share a stylish dual entry bathroom.


Children are welcome.

The exceptional outdoor alfresco entertaining zone is surrounded by a lovely garden that combines a golf putting and chipping area. There is also a spacious undercover patio with a built-in BBQ for cooking through most of the year.

Other property features include a powder room, laundry, zoned split system heating and cooling throughout, heated floors in the main bathroom and ensuite, Astra Walker tapware, wool carpet, remote control blinds, LED lighting, two entries, garden lighting and irrigation.

Internet and pay TV (Foxtel) access is available in the main living area.

There is a training bike connected to a Wahoo Kickr for those who wish to keep up their fitness. You will need to connect to a Wahoo Kickr App to use the bike. A gravel bike and a hybrid (female) bike are also available for use. Please note helmets (also available) are a mandatory requirement in Victoria.

There is a covered car park available for one car. (Please arrange prior to booking).

Please Note: The large tree in the front yard is unfortunately sick and will be replaced over the coming months. Some of the furniture and artwork will change from time to time but will be replaced by similar styles and quality.

You’re only 100 metres to the wonders of Church Street which promise an array of amazing cafes, restaurants, boutique fashion stores ( Husk, Country Road, Salt, Roul, Flannel, Scanlan Theodore, Hoss and many more), Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, cinema, and the fabulous Half Moon Pub. You’re also close to Wilson Reserve with a children's playground, one of many in the area, Brighton Library, the Brighton and Hampton beaches, local buses, and Middle Brighton Station is only a two-minute walk.

The beach and the colourful Bathing Boxes are a 5 min cycle, or 10 to 15 min walk away through delightful, treed streets.

Coffee shops and cafes abound as are fashion boutiques in Church Street.

Melbourne central is 20-25 mins away by train as are the great sporting and arts precincts of Melbourne, the sporting and cultural capital of Australia.

Situated on the Sandringham railway line there are many shopping strips between Middle Brighton station and Flinders St station in Melbourne central on this train line.

For those who love cycling, beach road is the home of the cycling fraternity, and you can see 1000’s ride beach road every weekend. And for golfers the world renown sand belt golf courses are only a driver and a 6 iron away so to speak.
