We purchased the house in 2019, and have spent the following 3 years completely renovating and extending it, to provide a beautiful 3 bedroom house with all modern amenities. It is currently our second home.
The 180m2 property is spacious inside and sits on a large plot of 8500m2, primarily an old olive grove which we are working towards rejuvenating. The rear garden and swimming pool areas are very private. The local area is very peaceful, tranquil and calm!
The house accommodates 6 people with each large bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom. You will be able to enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, with many doors that open from the living area and the downstairs bedroom to the extensive terrace east and south facing areas. Here you can choose where to settle into a lounge chair to sip your morning coffee or enjoy your glass of local rose wine in the evening.
There is a bright modern kitchen with all the expected appliances and plenty of worktop space for food preparation adjoining the large open plan living /dining area. The open floor plan contains a living area with comfortable sofas, a large screen TV and a large wood burner for the cooler winter months. The dining area has a table that seats 6 comfortably and can be extended further.
Outside there are various covered and uncovered terraces for relaxing and eating in sun or shade depending on your preferences. There is an outside barbecue and gas hotplate for cooking outside in the spring, summer and autumn. The pool (8m x 4m) is only steps away from the house and perfect to cool down in the hot Provencal sunshine. The gardens extends into our olive grove, which provides olives for our own olive oil each year. The entrance has an electric gate, the property is private and secure. We have high speed fibre internet.

Lorgues is a small town in the heart of Provence of approximately 10000 inhabitants (rising to almost 11,000 in the summer) situated in a region where vines and olive trees grow amongst oaks and pine forests. It is ideally located between the Mediterranean and the Verdon Gorges, 1 hour from Aix en Provence, 1.5 hours from Marseille, 45 minutes from Saint Tropez, 1 hour from Nice and 45 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon.
You can enjoy discovering the many restaurants and wine chateau's in the town and surrounding area. You can have fun with its tennis courts, horse, pony or mountain bike rides or you can cool off in the swimming pool or river.
Mas des Anets is situated down a quiet lane approximately 2km out of the town. It is a quick 5 minute drive, 10 minute cycle or 20 minute walk into town. Lorgues benefits from a large Provencal market every Tuesday morning.
