Paradise found! Our beautiful, new home is situated off a paved road behind a solar powered entry gate, on 3 gorgeous acres.
You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive, from our comfortable and welcoming fully furnished lanai to the spacious and well appointed interior. You will want for nothing in our perfectly stocked home.
The large above ground pool is perfect to cool off, soak up the rays and take a few laps.
If you enjoy cooking, you will be very pleased with our well equipped kitchen that includes almost any kitchen tool and appliance you could ask for. Dishes and service ware abounds as well.
Relaxing is easy in our great room with a dining table that seats 8, a comfy sectional, a large smart TV and surround sound speakers. We have lots of board and card games and a collection of puzzles and books for you to enjoy while here.
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of storage space (we remove our clothes from the closet and drawers when you are using the space). The walk in double headed rain showers and double vanity will remind you of a luxury hotel.
Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen sized bed and spacious closets. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed. A full hall bathroom serves guests and the three hall bedrooms.
Washer and dryer are in the garage for your use.
Exceptional internet service rounds out this home away from home!
For Points Exchange- we charge a $240 USD cleaning fee, in cash upon leaving. This is for a professional cleaning crew who assure our home is spotless for our guests.

Orchidland Estates is a private community just outside Hilo. Consisting of primarily 3 acre lots, it covers a large swath of land on an upslope that provide privacy and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. There are two farmer's markets within Orchidland, a grocery store, a restaurant, gas station and ATM.
We are:
25 minutes to Hilo for shopping, farmer's market, waterfalls, planetarium, golf, botanical garden, beach parks and so much more.
40 minutes to Volcano National Park
10 minutes to a local Sunday Farmer's market
15 minutes to the town of Pahoa and it's old Hawaii vibe

Our home has a peek-a-boo ocean view and is surrounded by gorgeous trees. We have a recently planted orchard with lemons, limes, white guava, pineapple, oranges, Surinam cherry, ulu and more. You are welcome to help yourself to whatever is harvestable during your stay! We also keep a vegetable garden. If you'd like to maintain it, you can harvest at will.
You can enjoy breathtaking star views from our no light pollution neighborhood, and enjoy the rain forest sounds of birds at dawn and dusk and coqui frogs at dark.
Airport: We recommend flying into Hilo International Airport (30 minutes from our home). If you fly into Kona Airport, expect a 1-1/2 hour drive to our home once you leave the airport. Not the worst- you're driving on a road that goes past two volcanoes!
You can enjoy breathtaking star views from our no light pollution neighborhood, and enjoy the rain forest sounds of birds at dawn and dusk and coqui frogs at dark.
