Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

We are located in a community with calm serenity overlooking a vast open field & the beautiful Sherwin Mountains. A large living room perfect for gatherings. The perfect place for children to play, bike and sled down the hill behind the home. A few minutes drive to Mammoth Mountains, shops & restaurants.

The huge living room is filled with comfortable furniture and has a pool table and board games to keep family and friends of all ages entertained. The 2 master bedrooms (one on the same level as living room and kitchen) have large walk in closets, one with private deck and one with en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk in shower. One bedroom with 2 bunk beds and one room with two twin beds. The fifth bedroom is perfect for kids to hang out and has a futon couch, bean bag and queen size air mattress stored in closet if needed. The house has a well-equipped large kitchen and laundry facility. It is magical to wake up to the beautiful sunrise coming up behind the Mountains. Perfect place for stargazing as well.

There are hot tubs in the property, hiking trails directly behind it and many more trails within walking distance. Five minutes drive to Eagle Ski lodge. Enjoy golfing, horseback riding, fishing and shopping as well! The town is just a few minutes away. There is a bus stop about a half mile from the house that will take you to main ski lodge, village and town. You can purchase a guest pass to use the 30,000-square-foot Snowcreek Athletic Club, a fitness and recreation facility, that offers spa treatment, tennis courts, racquetball courts, wellness classes, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Must see places like Devils Postpile, Rainbows Falls, Earthquake fault and Yosemite National Park which is only 40 miles from Mammoth Lakes.
