Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is a cozy 3 bedroom with 2 full baths. This house has new central A/C, new reclining sofa and reclining armchair and new blinds in the living room. The living area is only 5 steps up from the ground so it's very convenient. The back yard is very tropical and has banana, orange, lemon and star fruit trees, and has a ground level deck with a barbeque. The master bedroom has a little deck out the sliding door and it has a Cal-king bed while the other bedrooms have a queen size bed and double bed. The front porch is nice for sitting in the morning and evening.
Our neighborhood is a popular North Kihei neighborhood with a short walk across the road to the beach. Directly in front of the neighborhood is a bus stop from which you can reach most of the areas of the island, except some of the remote areas. We are the most centrally located area of the island. Travelling south from our house, you can drive about 20 minutes to La Perouse bay. It is located in the Makena area and you will travel on winding roads only feet away from the beautiful ocean. The roads end here on this side of the island. There is a hiking trail which takes you through old Hawaiian ruins, and leads to part of the Hawaiian "Kings Trail". On the way you would travel through lava fields where you can view part of the "upcountry" area Kula. As you travel back towards our house you will go through the Wailea resort area with the gorgeous resorts Grand Wailea, Four Seasons and Kealani Resort. There is a walkway in front of the resorts and along the white sand beaches. In the winter months you can view the turtles and humpback whales. The weather is quite consistently nice year round.
Past Wailea there are other beautiful beaches, Kamaole I, II and III, and a popular surf spot called the cove. There are also many dining and night life spots along South Kihei Road. All of this is within 20 minutes of our house.
Travelling north from our house along the coast you would go round "The Pali", the mountain. This highway leads past popular surf spots, Grandmas and Ukumehame. This highway also leads to our devasted town of Lahaina. And past that are other resort spots, Kaanapali, Kahana and Kapalua.
Driving East from our house you travel through town, Wailuku and Kahului, on your way to the fun town of Paia, with shopping and restaurants, and then to upcountry Makawao town and Kula, with more restaurants and shopping.
Maui has many events going on all the time. But is very quiet compared to Honolulu. You really have the best of both worlds here. And the incredible Maui weather year round!

We are in a beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach.
This a newer subdivision so homes are well maintained with paved roads and walkways thru out.
There is also an open kids playground just up the street in an out of the way safe spot.

Since this is our principal residence we are not interested in accommodating less than a 5 day exchange plus a possible cleaning fee. If you do want a less that 5 day exchange, we would like 5 days worth of exchange points as compensation plus the possible cleaning fee..
