Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is on the south end of the island of Wrightsville Beach in N.C. The home is only 4 years old- built by us and is cozy, yet spacious for a larger family. It's on a middle street, so it's one row off the ocean and one row away from the sound (calmer waters). The master bedroom is on the kitchen level floor and the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a common area with TV on the upper level- nice place to hang out. There are views of the sound and ocean from either side of the house from the top floor.
There is an elevator from the ground level to the third floor for carrying heavy bags up and down or helping people make the trek. All houses are on pilings at the beach so there are typically a lot of stairs!
From the back garage door, is an inviting and spacious lawn away from the road for playing or just hanging out in the shade. If you have children, the backyard is perfectly groomed (turf grass). We have a kids blow up pool, water table, and toys.
Additionally, we have a couple of kayaks, paddle boards, boogie and surf boards. We offer beach bikes (one speed cruiser) in several sizes including bikes with baby seats. These are fun for getting around the island.
In the house, the kid's bunk room has 2 singles and a bunk bed and the lower bunk is a double. There are many kid's toys if needed.
There is a lovely open front deck on the road side and a smaller "coffee deck" on the back side of the house.
The house is newly decorated and very cozy with wood walls and beautiful sea salt painted floors. It is beachy to say the least!

The house is nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is very kid-friendly and the house is designed to accommodate kids coming and going from the beach with an outdoor shower and play area in the backyard. Wrightsville Beach is an island about 4 miles long. There are restaurants, bars, surf shops, lessons and rentals (surf, paddle board, kayak, kite board, Eco-Tours etc..) not far away. There is a beach 1 block from the house on either side of the island- Atlantic Ocean (sunrises) to the east or the calmer waters on Banks Channel (sunsets) to the west are just steps away via Beach Access #40. This end of the island is favored by the locals as there is less public parking, which means less tourists and more local residences- yet, there is a coffee shop, full seafood restaurant, and surf shop about a half mile away.
If you visit during the summer, Thursday nights is free music at the Wrightsville Beach Park- a few miles away.

Honestly, the entire calendar could be green as I will entertain your inquiries. Our family uses the home a lot in the summer months, but it's possible for the right exchange, it could be open.
