Freshly renovated spacious 2 Bedroom/2.5 bath condo (1158 sq ft). We are located just 3 blocks from a gorgeous white-sand beach (5 min walk), 7 min walk to Coligny Plaza where you can choose from over 20 restaurants & a variety of shops, and just steps to Celebration Park and Children’s Museum. Beach Arbor has 1 onsite pool.
Fully equipped kitchen with regular coffee maker, Keurig (just bring some pods), crock pot, hand mixer and a blender. Full size washer and dryer. Open floor plan - kitchen flows into dining room, breakfast nook and living room. Great space for relaxing with the family. We also have board games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy.
1/2 bath is conveniently located off the living room. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs for extra privacy. New flooring throughout the entire unit. Please note that the unit is on the second floor. Please see pictures to see the outside of the unit. Climbing steps is required. No elevators on-site.
We do provide beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use but DO NOT provide beach towels.
If you are traveling with a little one, we have a pack and play available for your use.
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in Beach Arbor. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will apply if violated.

Forest Beach is for those who want easy and quick access to the beach and also want to be close to shopping, dining, and nightlife. It’s the hustle and bustle of the island, while still being in a delightfully quiet oasis! Also, it is for those who do not want to use a car while on the Island! There is a local shuttle that picks up right outside the front door to take you around. You can reach everything while walking or biking, too!
Situated on a one-mile stretch of beachfront that begins at Coligny Circle and ends at Sea Pines, the area offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their vacation, but still has close access to beachside barefoot cafes and all the Forest Beach shopping, dining and live entertainment options.
