Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home away from home is a modern, comfortable, minimalist one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Brisbane's premier cultural, dining & recreational precinct - Southbank. Suitable for two people, it can accommodate up to four, for short-term stays.
The main living/dining area opens out onto a beautifully appointed balcony to take in the views of Mt Coot-tha and South Brisbane. The balcony provides privacy and protection with shutters to close off the weather or folded open to show off the uninterrupted views - the perfect place to unwind morning, noon or night!
The bedroom houses a queen size bed, air-conditioning/heating, ceiling fan with a double-glazed sash window and blackout blind.
We have also installed a Murphy bed in the living area for additional guests (given the footprint of the apartment, it is not suitable for stays longer than a couple of nights) - by negotiation. This double bed becomes a part of a private room with sliding door between the main bedroom & bathroom.
The well-maintained apartment secure complex has an onsite manager, a beautiful 25m pool and heated spa located on the ground floor, and access to the gym.
Car parking available by negotiation also.

'Beach' lagoon and swimming pool at your door step and minutes walk to City CBD, GOMA (Gallery of Modern Art), Science & Natural Museum, QPAC (Queensland Performing Arts Complex), and the Brisbane Convention Centre. Brisbane CBD 20 mins walk or 5min ferry or bus ride. Check out the new Star Casino/Queens Wharf precinct via the fantastic Neville Bonner walkbridge.
Train, (including airport train), bus, ferries, taxi, e-scooters on the doorstep.
Information centre close by and local markets every weekend and supermarket 5 mins walk. The cultural hub of West End is 1km walk (15min) or 3min drive with a thriving bar, restaurant & cafe scene also.
