Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home was originally a stable in the late 1800's. It was converted into a Shearing Shed in the 1940's and in 2017 we converted the building into our family home.
Set on approx. 7 Acres of land, bordering the local Liffey River, our home overlooks the Western Tiers Mountain Range as well as beautiful native fauna and flora. You will quit often see small native animals like echidna's and wallabies in the yard.
Our home has a large open plan living area with a very large kitchen and walk through pantry, a secondary living space for movie watching. There are 5 bedrooms, the master bedroom that has a large ensuite bathroom and walk in robe is on the mezzanine level, as well as 2 additional bedrooms and a powder room. Two more queen size bedrooms as well as a very large main bathroom with freestanding bath and double shower are located on the ground level.
The home is heated and cooled by a central ducted system, but there is also a wood heater.
We have a full-size tennis court, that also doubles as a basketball court.
