The main entrance welcomes you to the intimate foyer, providing access to the 2 car garage, laundry and water room, as well as a private spare bedroom with queen size bed.
A large kitchen connects to the dining space and living room, creating flow for socializing and access to the front balcony or walk-out backyard for barbecuing.
The large primary bedroom views into the private backyard and features a king size bed, and a three-piece ensuite with walk-in shower.
There is a child’s room with a queen mattress and a spare guest room with a queen size bed on the main floor. The sofa also has a pull out bed, size double.
The house possesses central air conditioning as well as heating regulated by a smart thermostat to ensure consistent comfortable temperatures.

Our home is conveniently located with direct access to a major highway, offering easy access to head off on local adventures, mosey to Sun Peaks mountain resort, award-winning Tobiano golf course, or head off on day trips to stunning locations such as Revelstoke, or Wells Gray Provincial Park.
Nestled in a quiet, family oriented neighbourhood, our home is in immediate walking distance to hiking trails in the forest, as well as casual walking paths, and a short peddle away from bike networks. There is a children’s playground, duck pond, and basketball court moments away from the front door. A blend of beautiful residential comfort mixed with nature, while being within a 5 minute drive of the amenities of the city.
Public transit is also less than a 1 minute walk away.

We have 2 mountain bikes available for use locally, or try them at the famous Bike Ranch! Explore the unique Hoodoo rock formations on a bike ride or on a hike, all local! We also have 2 inflatable stand-up paddle boards to use on the multiple surrounding lakes, all free public access. Please let us know if you’d like access to these items so we can prepare them for you!
We have two extremely sociable indoor-only cats. If agreed upon to pet-sit then they will greet you in your visit, however accommodations can be made for their own stay elsewhere!
