Looking for a cozy and family-friendly home in a safe and walkable neighborhood? Look no further! Our home is just two blocks away from a popular avenue that's full of interesting shops and restaurants, including the Michelin-rated Juanita and Maude. Plus, there's a bike trail, park, public pool, and grocery store all nearby - everything you need is right at your fingertips!
We live in half of a duplex with a shared backyard (the neighbor is awesome and never uses the backyard). Our home is ideal for a small family, with one of the bedrooms featuring a loft bed that has a fun fort underneath. There's also a futon and we can even put an air bed if needed to fit a total of four kids comfortably. We have lots of toys, games, arts and crafts, and books to keep your little ones entertained. And for those warm summer days, we have a large backyard with a small bouncy house and an inflatable kiddie pool - perfect for splashing around and having fun!
We also have some bikes and a scooter available for use - one adult bike and one bike and scooter suitable for ages 4-6. And if you're interested, we're even open to a potential car swap. So what are you waiting for? Come stay with us and experience all the wonderful things our neighborhood has to offer!
