My home is very comfy and modern at the same time. Lots of photos & art on walls. Very comfortable sofa & 65’ tv which you’ll have access to all my subscriptions (Hulu, HBO, Disney+, Paramount & Prime). Kitchen newly remodeled and equipped to cook whatever your heart desires. I have a desk I can either keep set up for designated workspace or take down to make dining area bigger (swappers choice). It’s a 2-level condo, first (ground level) is a laundry room, half bath, living room, dining room and kitchen with balcony & you can see snow during winter on the mountains. Downstairs is bedroom with full bath.
I am looking for an exchange for someone to loan me their home (I will need to take my dog with me) and they can enjoy my space for 5 weeks. I want to explore Europe while working remotely! I’m very clean, my dog is small & very good & trained! Depending on size of home difference I am open to clearing out my master for families to stay however if that is the case would appreciate the family to pay my HOA fee during their stay since I will have to move all personal items into storage unit while gone. The first arrangement would be perfect for a single or couple, the second with the master included would be good for up to 4 people.

My home is 3.5 miles from beach front in Oceanside city which is a family friendly & trendy town that has lots of bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful board walk to enjoy!
I am 35 minutes from heart of downtown San Diego and Gaslamp District if you want a night out (Uber down, take the tram or stay the night for the weekend!) My home is 30 minutes from Temecula Wine Country which is beautiful and has 50 wineries to enjoy!
Lastly, being located in San Diego you can enjoy, all the public attractions (Seaworld, Zoo, Disneyland, Balboa Park, Hotel Del Coronado, Seaport Village, Petco Park and so much more) as well as go to Big Bear for the day or weekend it’s only a 1.5 hour drive from my condo! LA is 1.5 hour drive too. So can use my space as a good home base to explore CA or even just San Diego/LA!
