Our home is a beautiful contemporary home situated only 15 minutes drive from Dublin Airport. It is down a quiet single lane width country lane but is so close to so many lovely coastal towns, beaches and Dublin. The well known Donabate beach, Newbridge House & Demesne, Portrane cliff walk and Malahide Estuary are only a short hop away. Easy access to all the lovely coastal villages in North Dublin including Skerries, Malahide and Howth. There are 5 golf courses on the peninsula. You can walk to Donabate village / train station via Newbridge Demesne. There is easy access to the M1 / Port Tunnel / motorway network which will allow you to explore the country with ease.
There is a direct train link to Dublin City Centre and you can drive to city centre via port tunnel in 25 minutes.
We are willing to swap car also.

The house is situated in a quiet rural location close to the coast but within easy access of Donabate Town. Donabate Peninsula has many great amenities and has beautiful coastal scenery. There are several coffee shops / a hotel on the beach / seaside sauna / golf courses (5 on the peninsula and many more nearby) and many other things to enjoy. Malahide Marina and Village is a short 3 minute hop on the train with all its restaurants. Swords nearby has a large shopping centre and numerous restaurants and bars. The lovely North Dublin Coast is nearby with its famous villages such as Howth and Skerries which are popular with tourists.

The house is a modern four bedroom detached residence on an acre with south facing views look out over fields and the sea and boats at Malahide Estuary.
Downstairs is open plan living with a double height kitchen with glass bridge overhead and attached dining room and sun room. There is also a living room, office and WC.
Upstairs has four bedrooms with two ensuite and a main Bathroom [one of the rooms will have a fold out double bed couch]. We have two boys so rooms are set up in this way and plenty of toys falling out of presses!
- Bedroom 1 (main bedroom) has a super king size bed / walk in wardrobe / ensuite WC and shower.
- Bedroom 2 has king size bed and ensuite WC/ shower .
- Bedroom 3 has queen size double bed.
- Bedroom 4 will has a pull out double couch bed.
Also to note:
- Walking distance (20-25 mins) to train station via Newbridge Demesne which is direct connection to Dublin City Centre.
- Adult Bikes x 2 / 2 x Kids bikes suit age 6-11.
- Large trampoline in garden / football goals and rebounder.
- Our dog will stay with family who are next door but very separate.
- Infra Red Sauna in house also.
