Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Mill House is a stunning, spacious 17th century house which is steeped in history, located right in the centre of the Llŷn peninsula, which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
Mill House has 5 bedrooms; 2x super king, 1x king, 2x twin sleeping 10 people in total. Three of the bedrooms have their own en-suite and the two twin bedrooms (best suited for children) share a shower room & WC.
Mill House has a large lounge with a wood burner, a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and all the accessories to keep chef's happy! (Martin is a keen cook so it's well stocked!).
The property is set in its own secluded plot on the edge of Sarn Meyllteyrn, a small village with 2 pubs, a butchers, convenience store and fuel garage. There is parking for up to 6 cars at the property.
There is an alfresco outdoor dining area with a table and seating for 10 people, and a separate patio with alfresco dining table for 4 people. There is an elevated woodland behind the house which our children love to play in!
Mill House shares an external games room with the neighbouring cottage containing a full HD projector & 100" screen, PS3, WiFi, pool table with table tennis cover and darts board.
Both the property and region are stunning, with Mill House and its neighbouring cottage both being used as holiday let properties. As a result, we are only able to accommodate non-reciprocal exchanges (preferred) or guest point exchanges. As the property is professionally serviced by a changeover company, the £400 cleaning fee (2024 rates) will need to be paid in advance of guests staying.
As the property is commercially let via a holiday letting agency, we are only able to accommodate requests which are outside of school holidays and only at short notice as the business side takes priority. Please do not send requests outside of this time frame as they will be rejected or ignored.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The stunning scenery; the Llŷn peninsula is a truly stunning landscape with >10 world-class beaches located 10-20 mins away (including the famous Ty Coch Inn, a world-famous beach bar/pub located a 10 min drive away) and incredible mountains.
The area is rich in history, as is Mill House itself. The Llŷn peninsula is a magnificent jewel in the crown for Wales!
The tiny, rural village of Sarn Meyllteyrn is situated at the heart of the beautiful Llŷn Peninsula, an area renowned for its outstanding scenery, and offers local shops and pubs, a garage, restaurant and pottery. The Village offers access to many wonderful walks through the countryside and along the coast, including Plas yn Rhiw National Trust site, Mynydd with its ocean views and Arfordir Treftadaeth Penrhyn Llŷn. Just 6 miles away, sandwiched between two glorious bays, the attractive town of Abersoch is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and hosts numerous sailing regattas throughout the summer months. A wide variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés cater for all tastes, whilst water sports enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with fabulous windsurfing, waterskiing, sailing, diving and surfing opportunities. From here you will find the lovely coastal towns of Llanbedrog with its sandy beach and amenities and Pwllheli where you will find a coastal walk and golf course, and further out, breath-taking walks at Gyrn Ddu. With the long, sandy Warren Beach, the sheltered sands at Porth Bach and the terrific, high cliffs at Porth Ceriad nearby and Bardsey Island just a short, yet exciting boat trip away, this is an ideal base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.

Le mot de la fin
Mill House is run as a holiday let business and therefore business bookings take priority. For this reason we're only able to accept exchanges at short notice and only outside of school holidays (including half terms), and only on a non-reciprocal or guest points basis. A £400 changeover fee applies to any stay of any duration, since this service is undertaken by a third party professional company.
