Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Located in Ogden, Utah (not West Haven, as incorrectly shown on the website; I'm working with HE tech support to correct this), this comfortable and quiet 2-bedroom house is full of light, enjoys a great view of Ben Lomond Peak, and has off-street parking. We acquired it from a family member and have made it available to friends and family when they visit. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, small and large appliances, and basic food items (spices, condiments, cooking oil, etc.). There are plenty of towels and bed linens also.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom (with shower). The other bedroom has a queen bed and is next to a second bathroom (with bathtub/shower). Closets and dressers are mostly empty, which means you’ll have plenty of storage space. In the den, you will find a daybed, a television with Roku, and a convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Other amenities include high-speed internet, wood floors, a gas fireplace, and a kitchen stocked with all of the dishes and appliances you’ll need.
We use a single-car garage behind the house for storage, and you are free to store your skis and bikes there. Relax or grill your dinner in the private backyard, which has fencing on three sides and a large maple tree that provides lovely shade in the summer. (Some old cameras on the house’s exterior are from a previous owner. They do not work and we do not plan to make them operable.)
The house is perfect for ski trips, summer vacations, remote work, or whatever else may bring you to Utah!

Have fun exploring the Ogden area including ski resorts (Snowbasin is 19 miles away), mountain trails, the Great Salt Lake, national forests, cultural and sports events at Weber State University, Hill Air Force Base Museum, and more. Drive or take the commuter train to Salt Lake City (40 miles south) for more attractions, or plan a road trip to world-class national parks (Zion, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef, and others) located within a few hours’ drive. Ogden is in the northwest corner of Utah, which means that, within 1.5 hours, you can be in Nevada, Idaho, or Wyoming. Please note that, while the urban area has public transportation and Uber/Lyft, a car is needed to travel to many areas outside the city.
This residential neighborhood was developed in the 1940s and 1950s in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains. The house is 2.5 blocks away from a popular coffee shop, and 3 or 4 blocks (depending on which direction you want to go) from the free Ogden Express rapid transit bus. This and other buses provide easy access to the restaurants, bars, and shops of the Historic 25th Street district, which is only 2 miles away.
