Our cosy and welcoming ground-floor apartment in Unterägeri accommodates up to 8 guests(includes comfy double sofa bed in the living room) with three bedrooms available (a fourth can be opened upon request) and two bathrooms. The open-plan living space is bright and inviting, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen. Just a few minutes’ walk away, the scenic Ägeri Lake stretches 14 km, offering opportunities for walking, swimming, or kayaking. The area also has nearby trails for hiking and biking. This home provides a comfortable and relaxing stay, perfect for unwinding or exploring the surroundings.

Unterägeri, Switzerland, is a charming mountain village with all the essentials—three supermarkets, a few clothing shops, and plenty to explore. Our apartment is less than 300 meters from a picturesque lake, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. You can enjoy the lakeside “badi” (swimming area) and a scenic playground with a zipline, mini-golf, and plenty of ducks and swans to feed. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby Sattel-Hochstuckli ski resort, just a ten-minute drive away, with excellent hiking trails, a 2.7 km Vitaparcours fitness trail, and exciting biking routes.
Conveniently situated between Zurich and Lucerne, Unterägeri provides easy access to both cities and is also just a short drive or train ride away from major European destinations—1 to 4 hours to Milan, Paris, Munich, Geneva, Como, and several Austrian, Italian, French and German cities.
