Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We are minutes to wine trails in all directions, by bike or car, as well as minutes to Napa's downtown. Walking distance to coffee shops and many lovely children's parks, as well as a 5 minute walk to a lovely hike, which leads to the top of Westwood Hills, where you can see stunning views of wine country. Also a 20 min drive to Sonoma downtown, and city buses pass by our house regularly.
Our house is extremely efficient, well-equipped, packed with character, and extremely cozy. Brand new solar-powered HVAC will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Fireplace with plenty of wood harvested from our own tree. Enjoy a cozy master bedroom, as well as a second bedroom that is perfect for kids (with a cute bunkbed), and a third bedroom that doubles as a piano teaching studio, but can be used as a bedroom for guests (with a fold away bed).
We have every amenity you might want or need, but are a television free household (we use a projector instead). We have everything you need for those traveling with kids, including an awesome play structure in the back yard, visible from the kitchen, so kids can play while you hang out indoors. Plenty of room for backyard barbecues.
There are garden beds and fruit trees in the back yard which you're welcome to help yourself to!

Our home is located in a very safe, small Napa neighborhood, located on the city's bus route, with a friendly, rural vibe. In our neighborhood, it's not unusual to wake up in the mornings to colorful hot air balloons flying overhead. (They even sometimes land in the park down the street, which is a fun treat to experience!)
This is a beloved older neighborhood in Napa which embodies the quaint, small-town, midcentury aesthetic the city is so well known for. It's also on the southwest border of Napa, less than 5 minutes from the city center. It's right next to the 29 (the main highway leading you to the world's best wineries), and less than 20 minutes from Sonoma, putting you at the center of wine country.
Our neighborhood is also located next to the best hiking trail in town: Westwood Hills. There is a special entrance walking distance from our house. Wake up, walk to a coffee shop down the street, and take a hike up to the most stunning views of wine country.
I love our neighborhood because you can still experience the vibe of "old napa."
