We offer our home for perfect Lapland holiday. Our home is the best for people who want to have good quality, are responsbile and want to stay beautiful and peaceful neighborhood just next to the hill "Ounasvaara" which is the heart of the city of Rovaniemi and the place which locals love and are proud of! In our home you can find 3 bedrooms, big and light living room + kitchen including all cooking facilities, 1 restroom, 1 bathroom including sauna and utility room. We have big yard and terrace toward south in our back yard.

Our home is located in peaceful and safe surrounding just next to forest and beautiful recreation hill "Ounasvaara". You have good possibilities of seeing Northern Lights on dark time, one of the best cross country skiing tracks of Finland leave from our yard and the hill Ounasvaara offers so many possibilities for walking and running in the forest. The cozy, beautiful house, including sauna, is located 5 km (3 miles) from Rovaniemi city center.
There are many jogging tracks and skiing tracks just next to our home. If you like to walk in the forest or marshland, there are great places to do that just next to our home. On autumn time you can pick up berries and mushrooms for free from forest.

If you arrive with your own car, we have 2 parking places and electricity plugs for heating your car(s) (if it is needed during winter). If you don't arrive with the car, please notice that it is about 5 km (3 miles) to Rovaniemi city center. The closest grocery store is about 1,5 kilometer away and there locates also one pizzeria and pub in Ounasvaara center. Please notice, that public transportation is quite poor in Rovaniemi especially in the evenings and weekends. Anyway, if you don't mind walking (it is safe here in Rovaniemi also during dark and night time), walking streets are very good and neighborhood is nice and friendly.
