Our home is only a 10 minute drive to Cypress Point Beach Park, 20 miles from most coastal beaches, and only 1 hour from Disney World. It is centrally located within Tampa and is only 8 minutes away from Downtown, Ybor City, & Hyde Park. We custom built our new home and put a lot of thought and detail into it. It has an open spacious floor plan with a ton of natural light. We absolutely love to cook and bake so our kitchen is well equipped for anyone that likes to throw it down in the kitchen. The master suite has a king size bed and deep soaker tub with large walk in shower. There is a guest suite with a private bathroom and trundle daybed. The third bedroom has a crib but can be converted to a toddler bed or used as another bedroom all together. Our fourth bedroom is currently our office but can comfortably be used as another bedroom. We have two cots with memory foam mattresses that can be set up as well to accommodate more guests. You are welcome to use our beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler when you’re ready to hit the beach. Our backyard is full of large mature tropical plants offering peaceful privacy. Depending on what time of year you come you can pick fresh fruit right in our yard from our fruit trees. There is an avocado, cherry, blood orange, lime, lemon, banana, guava, and plum tree. We also have teak sun loungers and an outdoor fire pit complete with outdoor seating. There is also a small studio gym in the garage if you’d like to break a sweat during your vacation.

Our home is nestled in a historic Cuban neighborhood that was founded in 1895. Tampa has a culture rich in art, music, cuban history, and sports. We live in the heart of Tampa Bay within walking distance to Raymond James Stadium, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and coffee shops. Tampa International Airport is just a short 9 minute drive away. Our home is within 20 miles from most coastal white sandy beaches and only a 10 minute drive to all Bay Beaches. It is centrally located within Tampa and is only 8 minutes away from Downtown, The River Walk, Ybor City, & Hyde Park. There is always some sort of major concert, broadway play, or professional sporting event going on.
