My penthouse apartment delights me every day of every changing season with a panoramic view from my balcony deck of the 9000 ft high mountains rising up just a short distance from the delightful college city of Bozeman.
Situated on the 5th floor of an apartment building completed in 2021 and only one block from the main street of Bozeman, the 2700 sq.ft. internal area with high ceilings gives me the luxury of enjoying a large, modern, minimalist designed and furnished space with all the convenience of apartment living and the benefits of the proximity to a host of excellent coffee shops, restaurants, bars, galleries and shops which keep downtown Bozeman humming with activity both day and night.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - queen size beds in the main and 2nd bedrooms, while the third bedroom is primarily used as a gym room but has two twin (single) fold away beds which can be set up as required.
There is also a separate office room with desk, computer screen and laser printer.
Access to the apartment is via a fob operated elevator. Free street parking is normally available directly outside the apartment building.

Being just one block from the main street, you have ready access not just to an eclectic range of shops (especially outdoor goods shops) a wide range of restaurants with varied cuisines, coffee shops, bars with music in the evenings and the local Co-op which has take out meals and a reasonable selection of essential groceries.
Although Bozeman may be rather unknown to most people, if you love the outdoors, grand expanses of country with mountains rising dramatically from the plains, you’re sure to love Bozeman. And if the scenery alone isn’t enough, Bozeman and vicinity boasts some of the world's best hiking, biking, skiing, rafting and fly fishing to keep you fully occupied. It’s a place to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and forget the rush and hassle of big cities.
Bozeman attracts both visitors and new residents alike due to its quality of life, scenery, and abundant outdoor recreation activities. The surrounding Bridger, Gallatin, and Tobacco Root Mountains provide some of the world's best hiking, biking, skiing, rafting and fly fishing.
It's unashamedly an outdoor recreation location so probably not the place to come if you are looking for crowds, bright city lights, a variety of theatrical or concert venues and upmarket shopping experiences. Within 45mins. drive, apart from hiking, & fishing, you can go mountain bike riding, tubing, kayaking, ballooning, zip lining, visiting caves, swimming, (two pools and even a 'beach' within the city limits), playing tennis at free public courts, horseback riding and more.

If you have children under about 4 years old, this apartment might not be suitable as there are no child locks on any cupboard doors and you will have to be careful about open shelves and the open speakers on my HiFi (where I have previously had damage from a child).
