Welcome to our beautiful home, a recently constructed, quality two-story property nestled in a picturesque, tree-lined street among other distinguished residences. Our home offers a serene retreat, perfectly situated just a stone's throw away from the vibrant life Adelaide has to offer:
- Proximity to Local Attractions: Merely 2.5kms from the airport for those arriving by plane, and 4km from the inviting sandy beaches and 6km from the bustling Adelaide City. Plus, Riverside Linear Park is just 100 meters away, offering a lush escape into nature. In the City you will find The Festival Theater, Zoo, Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Stadium/Oval, Central Markets, Art Gallery, Parliament House, Casino, over 1000 retail shops and over 900 restaurants.
- Ease of Access: Enjoy the convenience of being only a 10-minute drive to the city, beach, and shopping centers, with Adelaide International Airport a brief 5-minute journey away.

- Entertainment: We offer three large screen TVs (55”, 65”, and 86”), each connected to multiple streaming services, ensuring you won't miss out on your favorite shows or movies. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected on all your devices.
- Comfort All Year Round: A large reverse cycle air conditioner services the entire home, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the upstairs lounge room, ensuring your comfort no matter the season. Our outdoor alfresco area, complete with a BBQ, invites you to enjoy the beautiful Adelaide weather.
- Morning Essentials: A Nespresso coffee pod machine with a milk frother awaits to kick-start your mornings with a perfect brew.
- Getting around: We have a modern and reliable SUV available for reciprocal exchange whilst staying at our home, with the option of child seats accommodating the ages of 0-8 years old. We also have 2 push bikes available allowing you to take the bike for a ride on the tree lined path along the riverside all the way to the city. If driving or bike riding isn't for you, its only 700 meters walk to the closest bus stop offering services to The City and the also beach.
