Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We have a newly updated condo with an open floor plan and a wall of windows looking out onto the golf course. This is an attached townhome on the end unit and very quiet. You can relax on the back patio that has chairs, couch and a BBQ. It is a close walk or golf cart ride to amenities in the community such as a pool, restaurants, shops and grocery store.
Inside the home we have 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. We have two bathtubs as well and a half bathroom making it 3.5 bathrooms. Each of the three bedrooms has blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. We have two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There is a twin pull out sofa bed on the landing at the top of the stairs. Lastly, there is one bedroom on the main floor with another king bed. We also have two computer monitors and a desk for your use if you need to work while on vacation.
There is close parking spots next to unit. You will also have access to a 6 seater golf cart that is housed in the garage and you can take to beach, shops, grocery store and restaurants on Sandestin property. You may not drive it outside the resort.

We are in a gated golf resort community. There are four golf courses, tennis courts, pickleball courts and water sports. Across the street you can rent bikes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, jet skis or even a pontoon boat.
We are within walking distance to shops and restaurants and there are two community heated pools you can use. We are a five minute walk to Baytowne Wharf which has several restaurants, candy and ice cream shops, tons of activities for the kids including a zip line, rock climbing wall, carousel, ropes course and playground.
We are minutes away to the white sand beaches and beautiful golf courses of Destin, Florida. Tons of activities in the city of Destin just 15-20 minutes away including boat tours, helicopter rides, airboat rides and more.
