Spacious, very bright, new high-tech apartment (2019) is situated in the green recreation area by the river and is very kids friendly. At the same time, you can reach the city centre in 15mins by direct tram.
Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Great place to stay if you want to explore the city and also enjoy the nature, river and parks..Just 15mins by tram to the main Square of Freedom with all the monuments in surrounding. To the riverside with many playgrounds, cycling’s paths, and coffees it’s just 2mins by walk. Supermarket and small shops also 2mins by walk. Big shopping mall and a kids park you can reach also by bike along the river in 20mins. Brno is beautiful city with all the cute shops, fabulous restaurants and bars. High student population gives the place youth and vibrant feeling and it’s historical monuments atracts many tourists. Brno is a heart of South Moravia - region of delicious wine, one day trip to the town of Mikulov or Znojmo (40mins drive) is definitely worthy. It’s also good starting point to visit places/cities in brighter sorrounding (2h drive to Prague or Vienna, 50mins to the imposant caves of Moravian Kars).. much more tips we can give you later, based on your interests. :)
It’s really comfortable place to live, especially with kids. Everything you might need is easily reachable. We love living here and we belive you’ll too.

Our apartment is situated in the 4th (last) floor with modern lift. Floor heating and modern air conditioning through the ceiling in whole apartment.
Orientation southwest makes rooms very bright and cosy. There is a big corner balcony along whole living room with seats, grill place, and kidsplay area- very popular by our kids.. ;) Living room with kitchen, masterbedroom with separate wardrobe, kids bedroom, bathroom with shower and a tube. Plenty of design toys and kids equipment for you to use.. We also have a home office, which is normally not included in HE, if you need to work while staying by us, please tell us.
As an architect I wanted to create comfy, bright and contemporary interior, and I hope you’ll enjoy this as well as we do. ;)
