CURRENTLY _ LOOKINg FOR AN EXCHANGE ON SOUTH ISLAND OF NZ OVER EASTER
A large classic Christchurch villa with many original features. Our home is very comfortable with all the modern conveniences you’d expect. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the family bathroom has a claw foot bath and shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.
The four bedrooms are all spacious, with hanging space. There are two lounges, both with TVs and a big kitchen/dining room.
The second lounge has a large desk space and a dining table that seats 8 people. We have high speed internet, so perfect if you need to work from home.
The garden is sheltered and quiet and we have a spa pool.
The house is heated by a heat pump and there is a log burner in the main lounge.
We generally go away over the winter months as we have a seasonal business. However, feel few to contact us even if there is nothing marked in the calendar. We like to go camping and one of our sons lives in Wellington - so we are always happy to visit him.
If you are a single person or couple we can generally accomodate you in one of our spare rooms while we are still in the house. If we are away we can offer the full house which can accommodate more people.

St Albans is the ideal suburb. Close to the city, walking distance to local shops at Edgeware, including an award winning butcher. There is also a supermarket, green grocer, off license and bakery.
We are about 10 minutes walk to Merivale with its designer shops and mall. Merivale also has lots of restaurants and bars and a lively nightlife. Hagley Park is 15 minutes walk away and is a beautiful park with a river and access to the Botanical Gardens.
The mountains are a one hour drive away with easy access to two ski resorts. There are several beaches around a 20 minute easy drive, depending on which one you go to. Brighton has stunning hot pools that look onto the beach.
Christchurch City Centre has plenty to do. Trams, art galleries, theatres, shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
A city on the edge of the sea with access to the mountains, high class shopping and a fantastic range of restaurants and eateries.

We are open to longer exchanges over the winter months - June, July and August. There may be a cleaning fee if you book whilst we are away for longer periods.
