Two large bedrooms with queen size beds and ample wardrobe and storage space.
Enjoy a soak in the huge bath, there's also a separate large walk-in shower with endless hot water.
The fully equipped kitchenette is small but includes all you will need to prepare basic meals, there's a microwave, fridge, freezer, blender, rice cooker, electric frypan and induction hot-plate and all the necessary pots and utensils.
There is a washing machine provided for your laundry needs and a large under cover area for drying clothes out of the direct sunlight.
A large open plan lounge/dining room, furnished with a stereo, TV and cable subscription provides plenty of entertainment options. There is a bookshelf of books, games and CDs to borrow during your stay.

Ducted air-conditioning is available, set on a timer for seasonal comfort.

For those seeking a convenient and comfortable city break, this apartment offers all the essentials for a relaxing stay within easy reach of Brisbane city and South Bank. In addition we are located minutes from the M1 motorway which will get you to Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast in around 1 hour. The Sunshine Coast is an easy 1.5 hour drive to the north by motorway.
Our neighbourhood is a quiet residential area, close to the city. We have excellent public transport links in all directions including the CityCat river terminal about 12 minutes walk away. There are many popular cafes, bars and restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute walk. There is a supermarket, a cinema and safe cycleway all within 5 minutes.
The Gabba Stadium, home to cricket and Australian Rules Football AFL, is an easy 10-minute walk.
