Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is located on Little Shuswap Lake. The backyard faces North East and looks out over the lake. The views over the lake are constantly changing with the weather. For those who are early risers you can enjoy the gorgeous sunrises with a cup of coffee on the covered deck or on the private dock. The yard is private and fenced in with grass which allows for games of bocci and a safe play area for children. The beach and lake are accessed through the gate and down 6 steps to the sandy beach. Our grandchildren love playing with sand toys and swimming in the lake or kayaking on the water.
We have 3 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for water sports.
We also have 2 adult bikes available for use for riding around the town
The Hot tub is available from May through the Thanksgiving weekend in October
Note: As we live 4 hours away from this property we have a $30 fee for our house cleaner to view the home after our guests departure if we are not able to get to the home ourselves.
Our expectation is that the home be left in the same condition as when you arrived. So the house is cleaned by all of our guests. For those who have to get away early we also offer the option of a house cleaner for $120. This would
include the $30 fee mentioned above.

The Adams River Salmon Run is only 15 minutes away and this can be seen in late September or early October
If you like golf, there are lots of options. There is a local 9 hole golf course in town and the beautiful Talking Rock golf course across the lake which is a 15 minute drive away. Within 30 minutes you can drive to Rivershore, Eaglepoint or Shuswap Lake Estates. A 50 minute drive will bring you to the beautiful Tobiano golf course just outside of Kamloops and the Salmon Arm Golf Course in Salmon Arm.
