Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is nestled in Park City with direct views of Spring Creek, a major wildlife resource in the area, seen from the back patio, kitchen/dining, and master bedroom. People who have stayed here have told us it is the perfect location, just 5 minutes to grocery stores and local attractions but tucked away and quiet enough to get away from it all.
The home is set up for everything you need. It is our primary residence and we live a fairly minimalist lifestyle, allowing our guests to spread out and feel at home. The main floor is equipped with laundry, powder bath and the open concept living in the main area. The kitchen has a gas stove and the premium utensils and tools. We know our guests will enjoy having access to the quality. Those travelling to our home in the Summer will be delighted to swing on the porch hammock swings or relax on the back patio with a beverage while watching wildlife come/go from the nature preserve behind the house. The back doors open completely creating a luxury indoor/outdoor space for evening bbqs.
Just up the stairs you will find a loft space equipped with toys, a kids climbing wall, and an electric piano. This area is fun for the kids to escape and be kids without sending them to engage in screens or video games. Kids have been known to play for hours on end in this loft, inventing games, creating play spaces, and enjoying their imagination.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a chaise lounge for relaxing and comfort. The bathroom has a large soaking tub that is ergonomic and easy to soak in for more than an hour. The separate shower is equipped with a steamer for a full luxury spa experience during your getaway! The kids bedroom has twin bunks, a rocking chair, and a children's book library for the ultimate bedtime stories. There is an additional full bath just across the hall that the kids can utilize.

We live in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood with neighbors who care about each other and who enjoy each other's company. We have a variety of residents from young families, to single people, to retirees. There are paved pathways throughout for a coffee walk in the morning or a sunset walk in the evening.
The neighborhood is situated in an ideal location, about 3 minutes from the I-80 freeway at Kimball Junction but our home's location has more nature sound than traffic noise. It is just 35 minutes from the Salt Lake Airport to the driveway of our home. Access free micro-transit, High Valley Transit, to get around town or to the free bus that takes you all the way to Park City. No rental car needed. If you choose to rent/drive a car, you can utilize a parking spot in the driveway (sorry, no on-street parking in this neighborhood). For guests visiting in the dry months, you will have access to our two e-bikes that are equipped to carry enough gear or groceries to get you around town. We've even strapped our skis to them and ridden to the base of the ski resort!
Visiting in the Winter? You will be just 3 miles from the largest ski area in North America, Park City Mountain Resort. The house is located just 15 minutes from Deer Valley ski resort. Both resorts are accessible via free transit. Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbasin are all about 60 minutes away. If cross-country skiing is more your pace, you can access the free XC ski areas, Round Valley or Willow Creek for incredible XC skiing. Paid XC skiing can be done via White Pine Skiing (12 minutes) or Olympic and World Cup venue, Soldier Hollow (40 minutes). Snowshoeing is also accessible via various locations. Utah Olympic Park is so close, you can see it from the house.
Visiting in the Summer? Park City is home to more connected single track than anywhere in the world. The garage will be your trailhead with the closest trail access point just a half mile from the house. If you are looking to venture farther into town for more extreme downhill or lift assisted riding, you can take your bike on the free bus system. You can even utilize the buses for shuttling (they are designed for it!). Round Valley is unlike any other trail system we have ever found, designed for beginners or those looking to uplevel their skills in the skills bike park. If you just want to relax on e-bikes and ride on a paved pathway to a free outdoor concert (there is one every night of the week!) you will have use of our e-bikes to get around. If you love to hike, trail run, mountain bike, or just enjoy nature, Park City will fit the bill.
