Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Regardless of whether you are interested in skiing, hiking, sailing, swimming or cycling, Åre offers imaginative possibilities. To be here is fantastic both winter and summer time. You will love our nice and cosy 4 bedroom apartment in Tegefjäll, between Åre village and Duved. The house has four apartments and is located with a fantastic view of Åresjön, Renfjället and Åreskutan. It was built in 2016, has all amenities, sauna, large terrace and own barbecue area. Ski in and ski out with only 20 meters to the slope. It couldn't be closer!
By car, it takes about 5-6 minutes to Åre square and about 4-5 minutes to Duved.
The apartment is 4 rooms, 58 square meters in size, with sleeping space for 6-7 people. It is very well planned with, among other things, sliding doors to save space. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room facing our large patio with sun from morning to late afternoon. You park the car right outside.
The apartment has a fully equipped, modern kitchen that is open plan with the living room. Porcelain for 12 people, regular glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses and shot glasses. There is a teapot, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and milk frother. Of course, there are also stand mixers, regular mixers, toasters, etc. Fridge/freezer, microwave oven, induction hob and oven and dishwasher.
In the living room there is plenty of space for socializing. There is a dining area for up to 8 people as well as a sofa, armchair and table. There is also a cozy armchair dressed with sheepskin to snuggle up in. Smart TV with large screen, cromecast and good speaker system as well as a large selection of channels and services. Fast broadband/wifi included of course. In the bench under the TV there are games and card decks to play with.
On our large terrace we have comfortable outdoor furniture, and you can enjoy a view of both Lake Åresjön and the mountains Renfjället and Åreskutan. There are cushions, lamb traps and blankets so you can sit outside and cozy up in the sun even in winter.
The apartment has three separate bedrooms with lovely duvets and down pillows. One bedroom with a 180 cm continental bed, one with a bunk bed for two people and one with a bunk bed with an extra wide bed at the bottom (120 cm). If you can stand sleeping a little cramped, you can sleep a total of three people in that room. If so, you can live 7 people in the apartment.
Large bathroom with washing machine and dryer, shower, sink and toilet, mirror cabinet, bathroom cabinet and electric heated towel rail. In our cozy sauna, there is a window so you can sit on the sauna bench at the top and look out onto the balcony and the view.
There are 4 wardrobes and a chest of drawers for storage. The apartment also includes a lockable ski storage room.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
In winter, you can ski slalom on fine ski slopes in Tegefjäll's and Duved's joint ski system, which offers fantastic skiing on lovely slopes for both advanced skiers and families with children. There is also the possibility of forest skiing and off-piste skiing. Mini-Tege with slope and tow lift is perfect for the smallest children, as is the popular Wilderness Path - a special area for slightly older children with funny animal statues and easier children's slopes. If you also want to go in Åre's extensive ski system, there are free ski buses or you can take the car 5-6 min.
If you prefer cross-country or touring skis, there are nice cross-country tracks in Duved, Ullådalen and Björnen, and it's also fantastic to go cross-country skiing on the mountain.
In the summer, the surroundings are fantastic for swimming, fishing, hiking, running and cycling in the mountains.
It is close to Lake Åresjön and to Tegefall, where you can swim and barbecue. You can also rent a bike or kayak and paddle.
There are plenty of hiking trails if you want to hike in the mountains. Feel free to go to Tännforsen and look at Sweden's highest waterfall which is a few miles from here or to the Kretsloppshuset in Mörsil where you can enjoy their beautiful greenhouses, gardens, restaurant with fantastic good food and their small shop.
If it rains, a visit to Copperhill Mountain Lodge's nice spa and pool facility is highly recommended. Not bad in the winter either.

In Duved there is a well-stocked grocery store, some restaurants, a newly built sports hall with gym, paddle- and tennis courts. In the winter there are tracks for cross-country skiing and in the summer there are running tracks.
It is easy to go to Åre and Duved with car, bus or taxi.
We are non smokers and it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
We do not wear shoes inside the apartment and we appreciate if you take off your shoes in the hall.
We use a cleaning company so that it always will be nice and clean for our guests. The fee is 2000 SEK.
