Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Harvest Hideaway is a stunning, light, airy, newly completed home with a private, 6 person hot tub in an enclosed garden. Our master, with ensuite & rainfall shower, has a roomy euro kingsize bed.
Located in Rollesby, a peaceful, Broads village, it is a 7 min stroll to the farm shop & 10 min drive to hire a cruiser for a day or launch a kayak.

Downstairs you'll enjoy our spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'll need to create your own meals or enjoy a take out from our nearby superb Indian takeaway, 'Planet Spice'.

Glass doors lead to a light, airy living room with a corner sofa, armchair and large oak table which seats 6 or even 8, there is plenty of room for board games or a jigsaw. Our smart TV is wall mounted and 55 inches; you can use our Netflix, Amazon and iPlayer account or sign in to your own.

French doors lead to a large, enclosed garden - perfect for four legged friends. With a large, 6 person hot tub to luxuriate in, outdoor seating, patio area and BBQ this is the perfect space for watching the sun go down and the stars come out.
There is very little light pollution so on a clear night the sky is amazing. We have even captured photos of the Northern Lights.

You'll find outside hooks to hang your towels on and a shelf for holding drinks at arm's distance by the tub. Inside we have a heated dryer during November to April so you can dry your costumes and repeat the following evening!

We have under floor heating so it is cosy in the winter. On the ground floor you'll also find a spacious room with toilet and sink and a coat rack.

Immediately outside to the front we have a bench to sit on and quietly contemplate, in the sunshine with a morning coffee. Our 3 parking spaces allow for 3 car family meet ups or provide room to bring a boat on a trailer!

Upstairs, our master bedroom has a super comfy euro-king sized bed (that’s bigger than a king-size!) with a topper. Our ensuite bathroom hosts a toilet, sink, shaving point, electric twin toothbrush charger and mirror with a large, walk-in shower fitted with both rainwater and normal shower-heads.

Bedroom two has a roomy double bed and bedroom 3 can be made up as a large double, single or children - 2 singles side by side or top and tail - please let us know your preference. There is also a family bathroom with sink, toilet, relaxing bath with shower attachment.

The Norfolk Broads National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Countryside is undulating and mainly agricultural, with sandy beaches, stunning coastland and glorious inland waterways and rivers perfect to enjoy and explore.

Our nearest main airport is London Stansted, smaller airports Southend or Norwich. We are reachable via train and bus, but it is best to hire a car to explore the area.

Wildlife abounds here, adapting to the ever-changing environment. Conservation has been very successful. See otters, herons, kingfishers and seals, whose colonies thrive on our eastern coastline of sandy beaches.

Any time of year you can visit seals up close, seeing grey and common sea colonies thriving on the shoreline at Horsey Mere, but a 2- or 3-night visit during their pupping season: November to March is especially recommended and unforgettable!

Boating is a successful part of Broadland life. There are many hourly, morning or afternoon tours you can join and both diesel and electric boats are available for day hire, as are kayaks, canoes and paddleboards.

Explore our lovely villages and towns: Martham, Winterton-on-sea, Beccles, Cottishal, Horning, Ludham, Neatishead, Potter Heigham, Ranworth, Wroxham and beautiful Rivers: Yare, Ant, Waveney, Chet and Bure that meander their leisurely way through connecting the beautiful inland lakes or Broads, creating the waterways and wetlands that make up The Norfolk Broads.

The seaside is within easy reach with an abundance of beautiful beaches and seal watching, most dog friendly & no restrictions; the nearest a 10-minute drive.

Guests enter via a lockbox. Check in is 4 PM. Check out is 10 AM. Please ask if you'd like a later check out - if we can do this for you, we will.

Our housekeeper prefers you don't check out on a Saturday!

Please be aware that we do list our home on AirBnB and because of their strict cleaning requirements, we do have to charge a housekeeping fee. The hot tub is expensive to fill and run! This is absolutely no reflection on our home exchanges guests' cleanliness, but to ensure all AirBnB's requirements are checked. Failure to do this results in penalties for our listing.
This money goes straight to our housekeeper and tub guy.
We will invoice you for this, on the day of your arrival, which you pay with debit/credit, Paypal, or BACS : 130 pounds for 2 guests (one bedroom only) and 175 pounds for 3+ guests, regardless of the length of your stay.

Our Hot Tub times are strictly 10am to 10pm to suit our neighbours work and sleep times. Please be advised that during busy times, the hot tub may not reach desired heat on the first evening of your stay as it can take up to 12 hours to heat up after being freshly filled.
Our Hot Tub Guy will leave you a schedule of his procedure and visits to check the chemical levels so everyone is kept safe. If you are staying 3+ nights, he will be in to check all is still at balance and adjust the PH levels during your stay, if necessary.

Please note that our tub guy does not work Sundays so if you check in on a Sunday, the tub may not be ready for you until Monday evening.
