Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our basement-garden apartement is located inside our main house and available, even when we are present in the upper part of the villa. There is a separate door for the appartement and a big front of windows facing the garden, giving a direct access. There are countless birds and wild (as well as cultivated) flowers, butterflies and bees and a little garden for vegetables and spices. In warm summer days you can sit in the garden and relax or have meals. Barbeque is possible.
Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The neckar is ca. 50 metres away, two tram lines in small walking distance, a few restaurants and cafees can be found in the quarter Neuostheim, also lots of green spots, ist is centrally located and yet quiet.
It takes 30 minutes to got to good old Heidelberg and 12 minutes to Mannheim central station, "Mannhem Arena" is a train station ca. 5 min away by bike.
