Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Located right at the boundaries of Angkor Archeological Park, its the perfect gateway to the temples of Angkor which are just a five minute motorbike or tuk tuk ride away.
Enjoy the quiet, Cambodian "village atmosphere" in the outskirts of Siem Reap but still only a 10 minute ride away of the bustling city center.
The modern apartment is equipped with all the needed necessities for a comfortable stay.
We have a cleaning service once a week include in case you stay longer.
Also there is equipment for toddlers or babies available on request. We have a high chair, a baby bath, baby / kids mattress / a bottle sterilizer / baby food processor and so on... let us know in advance.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Outskirt of Siem Reap town right at the edge of the archeological park of Angkor. Building is restricted here, so the area kept its village charm and is inhabited mostly by local families. Its a quit area unless there is a Buddhist holiday (Pagoda chanting) or the occasional wedding or Karaoke family party of one of the neighbors, which actually is a fun thing to witness.
Siem Reap itself, despite the size, is a laid back, charming "village". Very relaxed flair and surrounded by nature, which all is easily accessible by moto, bicycle or tuk tuk. Immerse yourself into the countryside of lush nature, rice paddies and the occasional water buffalos.
Of course there is the Angkor Archeological park, which is so vast, still after 6 years I discover new corners... Its worth taking time for the wonders of the ancient Khmer empire to discover. Also if you visit the different temple sites with time, you will be less prone to catch a "temple poisoning" e.g. too many temples so it gets boring. But hey, you always can come home and jump into the pool...
Not to be missed are the floating or stilted villages on Tonle Sap lake easily reachable from Siem Reap. A very unique waterworld with great photo opportunities.
Siem Reap has also loads of great restaurant options of various culinary tastes and levels... from the local noodle shop with plastic chairs to fancy dinner places... it caters to anybody. There is a lot of artisan craft to explore and some decent nightlife if you after that.

Le mot de la fin
We have a cleaning service once a week included in case you stay longer. If you need additional cleaning that would come at a charge of USD 10 per cleaning which can be paid directly to the cleaner.
It is a strict no smoking apartment. Please respect our family home. Smoking is permitted on the balcony or at the pool.
Our moto can be used free of charge (when it is working), just make sure to fill it up when you leave. Its a old, semi automatic one... no problem to drive and it is also okey to make a scratch. Try it, its fun to explore the countryside or the temple park with it.
Bicycles can be rented just a 5 min walk from the apartment for USD5 per day or USD3 per half day. Its a great way to explore the Angkor park which has many dedicated cycling paths winding through the forest connecting all major temples.
To go around with tuk tuk you best use one of the apps, Grab or Passap, it’s easy to book your ride and you don’t have to haggle about the price. Usually, you also get a tuk tuk driver that actually can read the map, so it’s easy to navigate and reach your desired destination.
