Fantastic Mammoth Lakes townhome with plenty of beds situated on the 4th hole of the Sierra Star golf course and a short walk to Eagle Lodge.
This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath plus loft townhome sits on the fairway of Hole 4 on the Sierra Star golf course. With a prime location and updated interiors, this Mammoth Lakes rental is perfect for both summer and winter getaways.
The main room boasts vaulted ceilings, a large sectional couch, and a large Samsung Frame smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining area nearby with seating for up to 6 people. The outdoor deck has a table and chairs for a beautiful view of the golf course and a propane grill. The primary bedroom has its own private deck, a king sized bed with double sinks and a separate tub and shower area. The third floor loft has twin bunk beds, sofa with double pull out bed, smart TV, Nintendo gaming system, board games, and a game area with a foosball table! The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin over queen bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath, desk for working area, and beautiful wooden multi game table (chess, backgammon, checkers) with plenty of space for families to spread out.
Please note: photos are not yet updated to show new pull out sofa in loft that replaced green leather furniture or new black desk in bunk bed/game table bedroom that replaced nightstand. You will be pleasantly surprised by small updates not reflected in photos!
