Our condo is on an oceanfront property in Kihei town on the island of Maui, Hawaii. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king sized bed with a sliding glass door that leads to the lanai (balcony). It has an en-suite shower and toilet. The other bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted to a king bed. It has its own en suite shower and toilet. It has its own air conditioning thermostat. Both toilets have a bidet.
All beds were replaced in 2024.
There are ceiling fans in the dining room, and both bedrooms.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker.
We have 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, microfiber beach towels and a cooler.
We provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent.
There is a great oceanview from the living room and from the master bedroom.
The unit is on the second floor. There is an elevator as well as stairs to get to the unit.
There is a resort swimming pool and a hot tub. There are coin operated laundry rooms on 4 floors of the building.
The sunset from the lanai is gorgeous. During whale season, November-March, you can even occasionally see whales from the lanai or the beach.

We’re 5 miles from Wailea where there are golf courses and more restaurants, beaches and shops.
There are plenty of other beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Our condo is our vacation home. When we are not using it, it is listed on vrbo and Airbnb for short term rental. I open the calendar for home exchange at the last minute when it is not rented in the upcoming weeks.
It is professionally cleaned between guests.
This is a no smoking resort.
