Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

You will have the whole top floor of the house for yourself including a bright and lovingly decorated double room and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bathtub and toilet, with natural lights. You are welcome to use the modern and well supplied kitchen, the dining area and the terrace & garden (shared with myself and my son when we are around). The accommodation is perfect for adults without kids, enjoying the green and calm area OR a small family with a child as there are lots of things to do and my house is child friendly with book and toys available, with playground and zoo just around the corner.

 I travel frequently, these times you will have the house to yourself but please do not use our private areas on the first floor. Thank you :-)
If you come with your child, I might also be able to offer my son’s room instead of the top floor : this spacious, bright room has a double bed and lot of toys .
I can lend you many little things you might need during your stay- sports equipment, toys, an iron etc.- just ask.

The house has an individual, eclectic style and I will very happy to share it with you.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

This part of Nürnberg is much loved- it is green, has lots of sports facilities and the forest. You can get to downtown easily with public transport.
Some highlights in the immediate area: famous zoo with dolphins shows, forest and trails to go jogging, open air swimming pools, easy access to the historic downtown area. A short car ride away is Playmobil fun park- an absolute must for children under 10.

This is a non- smoker house (smoking outside on the terrace is allowed) and we take our shoes off inside.
