Ample gardens and outdoor space for children to play. Just 5 mins drive from the town center, away from Rotorua's infamous sulphur smell. Most attractions are 10 mins drive away.

Feel right at home, serenaded by bird songs, after your adventures in Rotorua.

Our charming 3-bedroom house provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests and 1 infant. Each of the 3 bedrooms offers a pleasant view of the abundant greenery, enhancing the peaceful ambiance of the house.

Step outside and enjoy the two lovely garden-facing decks, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine.

- The hot water system integrates roof solar panels and the fireplace, which also supplies directly to the dishwasher.

- We prioritise the use of eco-friendly household products and minimise the use of single-use plastics.

You will have exclusive access to the entire upstairs house, along with full access to the outdoor space, which includes the bush area leading up to a stream along the edge of a local reserve.

Please note that the downstairs area consists of a studio with its own residents and independent access. We kindly ask that you respect their privacy during your stay.

We provide the convenience of covered and secure bike storage upon request.

If you have large pieces of luggage that may be challenging to lift up the few steps, we have portable ramps available to help you roll them up. Please let us know in advance if needed.
