Visit Southern Utah in our newly built barn perfect for large groups and families. This is a central location to prime outdoor activities. Just 30 minutes to Zion or Gooseberry Mesa. 10 minutes to Sand Hollow and 15 minutes to Quail Lake. Our barn is tucked into a quiet neighborhood surrounded by fields and pecan trees. Come relax and enjoy what the desert has to offer. Overall, we’d love to host you!
INDOOR SPACE
The indoor space is 1517 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms a full kitchen and laundry located at the back of the barn.
Main floor has kitchen, living room, dinning, laundry and half bath along with kid play area under the stairs.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, fully equipped with towels, extra bedding and shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
PARKING
There is plenty of room for parking. There’s carport parking, or parking on side of the barn. Feel free to bring your ATVs and trailers. No parking allowed in front of neighbors homes or no parking in front of barn garage doors.
KITCHEN & DINING
We have a fully furnished kitchen with the following essentials: Full fridge and freezer, oven and stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and coffee maker, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, pots & pans. For children and infants, we have a high chairs
and dishes for the kids. The kitchen table on the main floor can fit up to 6 people plus the bar can seat 4 people.

2 bunk beds: 1 Queen and 1 XL twin and 2 twins
We also supply a pack-n-play.
Fresh sheets and plenty of pillows and blankets will be available.
TV
We have Smart TVs in each of the rooms that you can log into your personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, etc.
LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer is included with all necessities.
BATHROOMS
Main floor: The living room has a half barh
Each bedroom has full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap are included. Liquid Hand Soap is also supplied in each bathroom.
OUTDOOR
The outdoor patio is surrounded by fields and pecan trees. You are welcome to sit, play and enjoy.
**Please note that the indoor garage is not accessible to guests.**
HOT TUB
Hot tub is on the patio. Beach towels are provided. Hot tub is heated through the whole year. Come relax in our lounge chairs and have fun in the sun!
PETS
Pets are allowed as long as pet rules are followed and pet fees are paid. We must be notified if you are bringing a pet. No pets on furniture or bedding. They must be kenneled at night and while asleep. There are chickens and a cat on the property.
