My home is 1924 bungalow with many original details preserved. It has a porch on the front and a small mud room in the back. It has clear fir floors throughout with a laminate floor in the kitchen. There is a driveway and garage that’s convenient to the back entrance.

I live in Kingston, NY, a small micropolitan that is surrounded by mountains and located is 90 miles north of New York City, and eight miles from Woodstock, home to the famous music festival in the seventies.

I loved Kingston when Kingston wasn’t cool, but it is cool now! The people are friendly and you’ll never be bored here with activities ranging from the cultural, the historical (Kingston was New York’s first capital) to the great outdoors. There is always a festival of some kind going on and, if you’re an outdoors person, there are rock climbing in New Paltz and the Catskill Mountains to hike. There are farmer’s markets, craft breweries and music to take in. Although there is some public transportation within Kingston (and it is free), a car is necessary.
