Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We Live on the ground floor of a 6 apartment building, it is a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, we use the spare bedroom to occasionally host guests but mostly as an Office, there is a desktop and a monitor. Both bedrooms has nighttables and built-in closets. We have ceiling fans and A/C in both bedrooms and the living room.
Kitchen is well equiped with Oven, gas stove, Air Fryer, blender, plates, cups and so on. We have a livingroom with a small smart TV, works well but isn´t the most advanced or big, it is good enough for us. 4 chairs at the dinning table, kitchen bar that i love, connected to the dinning room. We have a little room or extra space for tools, washing machine, kennel and this stuff we don´t know where else to put. We enjoy our time also at the terrace/little patio, where we have a hammock, also is the space to hang your washing. Shared areas are very green and peaceful.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
We live 10 minutes walk from the sea, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, bars and many other services. If you are fully comfortable driving a scooter we can leave it for you, beware the transit in México is something different compared to many other countries, we suggest having previous experience if you decide to drive. We also leave our bycicles with chains, it´s easy to cycle around. It´s a very sportive island, hosting often iromans, triathlons and so on, there´s a cycling lane around the island and also used to run. Beware that is a small town in México, some houses aren´t as luxury, very modest or even abandoned buildings here and there.
We live 15 minutes away from the harbour where most boats departs to dive or snorkeling, something we strongly reccommend to do whilst in Cozumel.
