This 3 bedroom/2 bath charming and cozy yet elegant English Cottage style home is located in the desirable neighborhood of northeast Pasadena. This home speaks of comfort and warmth from the moment you step through the front door. The living room is spacious with lots of windows and a wood-burning fireplace. The formal dining room has a beautiful table which seats up to 8 and boasts French doors leading out to the charming brick porch - a perfect place to enjoy a glass of lemonade while taking in the beautiful San Gabriel mountain views.
The eat-in kitchen nook is sunny and bright and a wonderful place to have your morning coffee and also a great little working space. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom acts as a den/tv room with 55' flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV and has beautiful French doors which lead to the charming backyard patio. The den also has a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed. Entertaining is a delight as the backyard has a brick patio perfect with a BBQ for eating alfresco under the white lights and a lush garden with fruit trees, roses, 2 loaded oranges trees, lemon, pomegranate tree and a wonderful avocado tree!
House comes with a security alarm system, gardener, wi-fi, DirectTV, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix and HULU (paid by owner) all appliances - washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, blender, coffee bar w coffee machines, milk foamer, electric kettle, stove, refrigerator are also included.
Owner also covers all utilities: gas, electric and water. (A cap TBD if longer term) Great hiking trails, great eateries in Pasadena and Altadena area all very close by. Welcome home!

There will be a Welcome package with a list of local restaurants, grocery stores, ATM locations as well as a kitchen stocked with coffee, variety of teas, milk and breakfast items so you are all set for your first morning. . ..Fresh oranges right from the garden (when ripe!). . .and lots of nice shampoo, soaps, linens and towels provided. . .Special requests can be also arranged for you before you arrive. . .

Situated on a beautiful, quiet, wide tree lined street in the North East residential area of Pasadena facing the beautiful San Gabriel mountains.. . .VERY safe, family friendly neighborhood. Everyone walks their dogs and ride their bikes. The house has a large sunny backyard that is perfect for entertaining on the brick patio area with lots of comfortable seating and outdoor dining.

There are five fruit trees, 2 large orange tress loaded for your freshly squeezed morning orange juice! Lemon, avocado and pomegranate tree. Numerous rose bushes (of course!).

Old Town Pasadena and The Rose Bowl are just a few minutes away... Just minutes to the 210 Fwy entrance. Los Angeles is 10 miles south on the 110 Freeway, the beaches are 25 miles south and west. 20 minutes from the Burbank Airport, Close to CalTech and the famous Huntington Gardens, 15 minutes from Santa Anita racetrack and Los Angeles Arboretum. There is also a Los Angeles Metro station less than half a mile away (the Allen stop on the Gold Line).

The house is within walking distance to Victory Park/Sierra Madre Blvd where the Rose Bowl floats are displayed for the two days following the Parade. There is also a local farmers market near the park every Saturday morning with local grown fruits, veggies and bakery items.

-PLEASE NOTE: There is a $150 cleaning fee for a Guest Points exchange.

-Please also note - I have a guesthouse the "Rose Cottage" I built on the property I use this as my base when I am in town - and might be there during your stay. The guesthouse is VERY private with front and back fences - and this has NO impact on your use of the entire house, driveway, patio, BBQ or backyard - those are all yours to use.

-Please no loud parties and there is absolutely NO SMOKING in the house.
-Please park in driveway at night as there is NO overnight parking in Pasadena from 2am - 6 am.
The city will ticket you!

-UPON CHECKOUT -
Please just start dishwasher, empty trash and put all used towels in the laundry baskets provided in either bedroom closets. The housecleaners will do everything else.


-For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have on external security camera located on the front porch of the main house. This monitors the front door ONLY. There are NO indoor cameras of any kind.

-Guesthouse ONLY: There is also a security camera that monitors the front porch of the guesthouse ONLY.
