Our home is a semi detached house in a friendly residential part of Churchdown. We have excellent neighbours and we enjoy the neighbourhood we live in.
We are a family friendly property. We have a family room with a large sofa, smart TV, and various toys and games. We have high speed Wifi throughout the property.
Our second lounge is more cosy and features a log burner and a TV.
The open plan kitchen and dining area is a sociable space with a dining table. The area also incorporates a small sunroom with sofa and children’s toys.
Our home comfortable sleeps six people, with the possibility of extra fold-out guest beds being available.
Bedroom 1 has king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is usually shared by our daughters and has two full sized single beds.
Bedroom 3 is used by houseguests usually and has two full sized single beds.
Bedroom 4 is currently used as an office space but would comfortably accommodate a travel cot.
We have a private garden at the rear of our home. There is a grassed area and a patio with dining furniture. Guests are welcome to make use of the gas barbecue. The garden has lots of child-friendly features, such as a trampoline, playhouse, scooters, sandpit and a swing for smaller children which is attached to our apple tree.
The front garden has some vegetable beds which may require watering during the summer season.
There is a private driveway to the side of the house. Parking is available for at least one car, and there is plenty of space for free parking of additional cars on the roadside.
We are a non-smoking family and have no pets. We are happy for guests to smoke in the garden.

There is a small supermarket within walking distance and also a petrol station very close by.

- Gloucester Cathedral (the cloisters were used in the filming of Harry Potter)
- Gloucester Quays Outlet Village
- Cheltenham Racecourse
- Cheltenham Festivals (literature festival/ jazz festival/science festival)

- Many quaint Cotswold Villages are within a 30 minute drive (Winchcombe, Bourton-on-the-water, Cirencester)
