This is a private apartment where I live a lot myself and which I occasionally rented to friends. It is close to both centers of the city (old town and harbor), so you can go anywhere on foot (but bicycles can be organized and are absolutely recommendable). Bus stop is in front of the door as well as a 24h kiosk.
You will love my accommodation because of the location and its large terrace.
Also this accommodation is internally connected to the other accommodation on my profile named 'City Penthouse ENA'. So if availability is accordingly one can have both and come with a group of 5 persons.

It is ideal for people who want to experience the pulse of the city and for going to the beach don't mind using the bike (or any other vehicle).
A 24h kiosk in front of the door guarantees that even at 4 in the morning the milk for the coffee will not be missing.
Also grocery shop, supermarket, bakery are all within 50m from the main entrance

As this is my main private home there are some special conditions about it which usually do not apply to apartments which are completely setup as short time rentals.
For first there is the matter of power consumption. In order to keep the 'price' low I assume a 'normal' power consumption. Now if somebody needs 25 degrees in the winter and 18 degrees in the summer through the entire apartment, well that comes to an additional cost. The included power consumption is set to be up to 30kWh per day (double of what I need). If power consumption exceeds this limit then I will ask for an additional fee accordingly. There is a kWh gauge installed, so guests can monitor their power consumption.
I have moved my privat stuff away, so guests have enough wardrobe space for themselves, and can safely assume that all available cupboards and drawers contain only stuff they may use. For that it is important that the few cupboards that are specially marked, will be respected as private.
This apartment usually also serves as the base for the short time rentals I operate. That means, that although I will make all effort not to need to access the apartment during your stay, it might at some point get to be necessary anyway. This of course would be coordinated with you so as not to disturb your wellbeing.
Towels and linen are of course included and will be clean, tidy and ready when you arrive.
For this apartment though I use the linen and towels which for a tiny reason I can't use for the official short time rentals anymore.
There is a strict 'no smoking' restriction for the inside of the apartment. There is though about 100m2 Terrace available where smoking is allowed and there are also ashtrays available.
There is a washing machine available which you can use. You need though to follow some special rules about it.
- please thoroughly clean the detergent drawer and especially the softener compartment after every use
- please open the drain to let all the rest water out of the WM after every use and clean its filter if necessary.
- please use the towel to dry the front of the WM if it gets splashed after you take a shower.
